When you request an appraisal through this website, your form details are sent to our office by email. The sections below explain the required fields, the delivery path and the submission information included with your request.

What the contact form asks for

The form asks for your full name, email address, phone number, the property address and the purpose of the appraisal. These five are required. A box for additional details is optional.

Where your request goes

When you send the form, the website passes your request to an email delivery service, which sends it as an email to our office. The reply address on that email is the email address you entered, so we can answer you directly. The website's form handler does not save your request in a database or file.

Time and IP address

The email to our office also shows the date and time the request was submitted and the IP address it was sent from, as reported by our web host.

Automated submissions

The form includes a hidden field that visitors do not see. If that field is filled in, the request is treated as automated and no email is sent.
